Refund policy

At Privatily, customer satisfaction is our primary goal. For that reason, we offer a straightforward Refund Policy:

  1. Customers can request a refund within 30 days of their purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
  2. If we’re unable to register your company after receiving your information, we’ll issue a full refund if you wish so with no questions asked.
  3. To initiate a refund, simply contact our support team at sales@privatily.net. Remember to provide your full name, order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
  4. If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  5. Please note, refunds may not be granted for services already delivered in full, violations of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activities, or custom services that cannot be reused or resold.
  6. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
